Lior & Hedva both earned their bachelor’s degree from the Faculty of Agriculture of the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, majoring in Soil and Water Sciences.

Lior has been working for over a decade in the field of agricultural laboratory services. He currently serves as the Chief Agronomist at one of Israel’s leading agricultural laboratories. Lior provides guidance to growers on fertilization and irrigation management, assists in selecting suitable cultivation sites, characterizes new plant nutrition products, and develops innovative agronomic tools to optimize irrigation and fertilization practices.

Hedva has over a decade of experience in the agricultural field. In the past, she worked in the fertilizer industry, managed an avocado nursery, and served as an R&D agronomist at an agricultural farm in Colorado, USA. Currently, she works in AgriTech, specializing in plant tissue culture of difficult-to-root fruit trees, primarily avocado rootstocks.

Ronak is a lawyer turned full-time farmer. After completing my law degree from Jindal Global University in 2018, Ronak practiced law professionally for five years.

Since Agriculture had always been part of Ronak's family’s life, and even as he built his legal career, he found himself drawn more and more to the farm. In 2018, Ronak took his first real step toward commercial farming. By 2023, after much planning and preparation,
Ronak transitioned fully into farming, dedicating himself full-time to the land
and produce.

Ronak planted his first avocado orchard in 2023 — and after gaining extensive theoretical as well as practical knowledge from his mentors in Israel, he is planting his second Avocado Orchard. Through his experiences from 2018 till date, Ronak has gained valuable
knowledge of plant nutrition, Fertigation and operations for Avocado and commercial Fruit Farming.

Ronak has a YouTube and Instagram channel with the name "R.K Agro Estate" where he shares practical knowledge and insights in Avocado and commercial fruit farming. Ronak is also the co-founder of Indo Israel Avocado Courses.

Harshit is a pioneer of the Indian avocado industry. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Bath, UK. In 2017, he learned avocado farming through hands-on training at Kibbutz Ma’agan, Israel, under the guidance of Benyamin Zeev Wisse.

In 2021, he established the Indo Israel Avocado Nursery and currently manages an 8-acre avocado orchard in Bhopal. To date, he has sold approximately 15,000 avocado plants across more than 14 states in India.
